The client is responsible for providing all the necessary references, descriptions and images, such as poses, expressions, or color palettes.

You are purchasing the digital file.

Commercial commissions costs 2x the original price.

The client will receive a full resolution picture with a small signature and a small file with a watermark for reposting purposes. If they wish to repost the artwork, the small file may be uploaded.

Do not remove either the watermark or the signature.

Artwork may be posted on social media and mention the client. Please let me know if you wish to remain anonymous.

Commissioned pieces should not be altered or edited without the artist's permission.

The artist has the rights to refuse a commission request.

For specific complex inquiries, the artist may sketch some ideas to figure out if the commission can be fulfilled. The potential client will be consulted about it. This still does not guarantee the request could be accepted.

Paying for the commission means the client agrees with the current terms of service.

Payment only through PayPal either in USD or EURO.

Sketches and pfps will be paid full upfront. Fully rendered work will be paid full upfront upon approving a rough sketch.

If either the client or the artist cancel the commission before starting working on it, the client will receive a full refund (applicable to sketches and pfps)

The artist will issue a full refund if they aren't able to complete the commission at any given stage.

Completed artwork cannot be refunded. If the client requests a refund, these are the following percentages you might receive depending on the progress made:

Commissioners can ask for WIPs at any moment. The artist will send them for confirmation or feedback before proceeding to further drawing stages such as inking or color correction.

Changes can be made during the sketch process, such as adding small details or corrections for free.

Major changes such as changing clothing, adding other extra elements or changing poses will be charged extra if the drawing is past the ink/coloring stage. Exceptions can be made depending on the degree of difficulty of said changes. Please make sure everything is correctly specified.
